Style Inspiration: Walking with Peter Lindbergh
Big coats, flat shoes and beautiful black and white photography. Finally got my hands on a copy of the latest issue of Italian Vogue and am trying to Fika things up today; plenty of coffee and this gorgeous Peter Lindbergh photoshoot should help (you can also see this story on Peter Lindbergh’s website HERE). In the 1990s, Lindbergh created the most iconic pictures of supermodels; and his timeless ‘white shirts on the beach’ shots are some of my favourite fashion photos, ever. Here he captures Amber Valetta, Carolyn Murphy, Helena Christensen, Milla Jovovich et al, walking the streets of New York.
There’s currently an exhibition of Peter Lindbergh’s work at the Kunsthal in Rotterdam (on till February 2017), which I’m hoping might transfer to London…
Always love a messy bun. Have a peaceful weekend.
So good. I bought this mag for this shoot too, I love his work and esp with these middle aged babes! Also love how they carry off no make-up make-up, a little bit of a dark circle or laughter line just looks so chic on them.
