Join us for the inaugural TNMA: LIVE! event – where we will be talking about age, life and style
One of the greatest joys of running That’s Not My Age is connecting with so many magnificent, like-minded women— both those I’ve had the pleasure of interviewing and featuring, and the wonderful readers who spur me on. Yep, I’m always chuffed when someone comes up to tell me they’re a loyal follower. So, thank you! For the last few years I have wanted to host a TNMA get-together; a stylish, in-person event; it’s taken a while to organise but finally we are thrilled to announce the very first TNMA: LIVE!
On the afternoon of Saturday 26 April we’ll be bringing That’s Not My Age to life. Expect insightful conversations where we delve deeper into the topics of age, life, and style. With a fantastic line-up of special guests, I’ll be discussing dressing with confidence, navigating midlife and beyond, changing careers and self-acceptance. TNMA: LIVE! will take place at the Fashion and Textile Museum (FTM), in Bermondsey, London.
We have an incredible line-up of panellists and speakers: Fleur Sinclair president of the Booksellers Association will be in conversation with the author Claire Fuller, discussing the latest books for 2025. For the Know Your Style panel event (hosted by yours truly) we have: Rebi Merilion co-founder of Mrs Robinson Management (model agency), fashion psychologist Prof. Carolyn Mair and co-founder of Balance Me skincare, Rebecca Hopkins.
The panel discussion will be followed by tea and biscuits and then we will welcome Jo Hooper founder of NRBY clothing and designer Tracey Boyd to talk us through their latest spring collection and offer advice on how to live a stylish life. We will wrap things up with a glass of prosecco before heading into the FTM for a guided private view of the latest textiles exhibition (Textiles: The Art of Mankind). Attendees will also receive a lovely goodie bag.
TICKET INFO
We only have 60 tickets available, so I’d recommend moving fast to avoid missing out. For those who aren’t able to attend, or miss out on tickets, the plan is to arrange another event this autumn, and more to come in 2026. We will also be sharing photos and highlights from the exclusive event to the Patreon subscriber page. Tickets are priced at £75 for general release, and £65 for Patreon subscribers.

With special thanks to our sponsors, NRBY, Grenson and Balance Me, without whom this event would not be possible.
We hope you can join us!
Please note: We are a very small team (basically it’s me and Helen my brilliant assistant who works part-time) and so have decided to keep things quite small and simple to start with. Hence, we will not be live-streaming the event as we’re trying to keep costs down and to do this would require a skilled videographer as well as a photographer. Plus, the internet can be quite patchy at the FTM – and we have a limited amount of space. Lots of considerations!
If you have any queries about your ticket, accessibility requirements or attending the event, please contact us on [email protected] and we will do our best to get back to you as promptly as possible.
Wish I could join you! Next time, I hope. It sounds great.
